Quranic Bloom ("we", "us") operates quranicbloom.com. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors and prospective students, and how it's used. This site is currently a V1 product demo — production data handling, storage, and consent flows will be expanded before real customer payments or student records are processed.
Information we collect
- Trial form details: student name, age, learning goal, preferred language, class frequency, and a contact detail (WhatsApp number or email) that you submit through the "Free Trial" form.
- Delivery & backup storage: trial form submissions are sent to our team by email and also kept as a local backup copy in your own browser's storage.
- WhatsApp messages: if you contact us via WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy practices in addition to ours.
- Basic usage data: standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be collected by our hosting provider.
How we use information
- To respond to trial requests and match a student with a suitable course and teacher.
- To communicate about scheduling, billing, and account support.
- To improve the website and our teaching programs.
Children's information
Many of our students are minors. Trial and enrollment forms are intended to be completed by a parent or guardian on the child's behalf. We do not knowingly collect contact information directly from children without a parent or guardian's involvement.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with teachers assigned to a student, and with service providers (such as scheduling, payment, or communication tools) strictly to operate the service.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you or your child by emailing admin@quranicbloom.com. If you used the local demo trial form, you can clear your own browser's stored data at any time from the admin console or your browser settings.
